20-Year Veteran Executive Recruiter Craig Patterson assumes the leadership position at one of Austin’s fastest growing human capital firms
Austin, TX (March 1, 2017) – The HT Group, a total-solution human capital firm, announces the addition of executive recruiting veteran Craig Patterson as Managing Director, Professional Services Division.
As Managing Director, Patterson will lead one of the top executive search divisions in Central and Southeast Texas, a team experienced in recruiting the nation’s premier professional, management, and executive talent. His background includes more than 20 years of experience in executive recruiting at the top level for Fortune 1000 corporations, medium-sized and startup companies and building high-performing executive search teams, including extensive experience in the commercial real estate and finance industries.

Before joining The HT Group, Patterson led the executive search division of the Austin-based Addison Group and, previously, launched and served as the principal of CREF Executive Search. At the beginning of his career, he worked his way up from executive recruiter to senior partner at Joseph Chris Partners, a national real estate executive search firm.
At The HT Group, Patterson joins 26 full-time staff serving four specialized divisions—Staffing, Professional, Technical and Search—with locations in Austin, Beaumont, Orange and Port Arthur.
