10-Year Veteran Recruiter Jayson Spaits assumes the leadership position at one of Austin’s fastest-growing human capital firms
Austin, TX (May 17, 2017) – The HT Group, a total-solution human capital firm, announces the addition of technical recruiting veteran Jayson Spaits as Managing Director, Technical Services Division.
As Managing Director, Spaits will lead one of the top technical search divisions in the competitive Central Texas market, taking the helm of a team proficient in attracting top talent from across the U.S. His background includes more than 10 years in technical recruiting and experience developing and fostering team culture during company growth.
Before joining The HT Group, Spaits led a team of technical recruiters at the ettain group (Timberhorn prior to acquisition), where he helped increase total revenue by 400% over 4 years. Prior to that, he was at Spherion (Technisource prior to acquisition), where he increased contractor headcount in National Accounts by 50+ contractors per quarter.
As a recruiter, he accumulated numerous top producer awards, which he attributes to his personal philosophy that, “Recruiting is all about giving back and helping people grow.” He is excited to come aboard The HT Group as it continues on a path of growth.
