The HT Group has once again been named to the Austin Business Journal’s Best Places to Work and we couldn’t be more thrilled.

Winners are based on anonymous surveys that gauge employee satisfaction in six key areas, such as trust in leadership and communication. The Austin Business Journal will unveil the final ranking of the winners on June 30 in a space-themed celebration at the new Moody Center. Winners will be divided into four categories based on their size.
Every year, the winners seem to embrace a predominant theme when it comes to attracting and retaining workers. In 2022, that theme is centered around keeping employees happy and engaged during what’s been called the Great Resignation.
ABJ recently reported on a survey by the ADP Research Institute which found 71% of U.S. workers have considered a major career move this year.
“The shift comes at a time when workers have considerable leverage, which is leading to soaring salary offers, rising turnover, and employers embracing flexible work arrangements, among other consequences,” writes The Playbook Associate Editor Marq Burnett.
