Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
• Identify church requirements and work to create and maintain network infrastructures
• Work with ministries to identify network system needs and configurations
• Maintain the integrity of the church and campus network systems
• Network/WIFI Documentation and Management (monitoring and diagnostics)
• Design, build and maintain Storage and VM solutions
• Administer and maintain the Azure Cloud environment
• Implement plan to schedule ongoing preventative maintenance and upkeep of all IT equipment
• Continuously monitor and maintain the Cybersecurity policies of servers, systems, and platforms 
• Combine all networks into a manageable platform
• Create a change order approach to all changes made on all data/AVL racks
• Manage and plan back up power for racks/devices
• Plan, document, and organize back-up and disaster recovery strategies for all systems
• Re-vamp the livestream workflow and document with backup strategies
• Document and manage all security platforms, servers, and their backups
• Implement remote management/monitoring on all devices
• Maintain and troubleshoot hardware for satellite campuses 
• Fulfill campus IT Needs (purchases, installs, set ups, and prep)
• Troubleshoot and correct issues as they arise

• Must be willing to work outside normal office hours for events and IT support needs

Competencies:
• Understanding of the role of technology in supporting church vision and operations
• Extensive knowledge of technology, protocols, and security related to network communications.
• High proficiency in Mac OSX, Windows Server, and Cisco
• Experience in IT/Database systems
• Knowledge of technology, protocols, and security related to network communications 
• Strong interpersonal & communications skills and teamwork abilities 
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent time and project management abilities 
• Able to coordinate events and troubleshoot with vendors for SaaS and local systems
• Experienced with basic project or work management software (i.e., Monday.com, etc.)
• Love for people that involves recruiting and training a Dream Team (volunteers).  
• Willingness to work occasionally outside normal business hours

Education & Experience:
• Minimum 5+ years exp. managing networks and systems required.
• Cisco, Microsoft, or CompTIA certified network professional preferred
• Must have advanced VM and Storage experience
• Azure Cloud experience is highly preferred
• Previous experience managing complex networks and platforms

Ideal Candidate: This candidate needs to have MAC OS and Windows OS experience. Working with the Mcrosoft 365 stack. Open to someone who has experience supporting infrastructure.

Additional Info: Network: Meraki security: Sentinel One. They have a partner that monitors it 24/7. They will take someone who has the hands on experience vs. certs.

This will be a fully onsite, direct hire position from Sunday – Thursday each week with weekend work sometimes required.
