Onsite Requirement in Austin.
Part time Schedule: Monday – Wednesday half days (8 am – 12 pm) and full days on Thursdays.
What You Will Do:
- This will be a part time position, with potential to go fulltime.
- Requires 100% attendance in the office.
- Own end-to-end resolution of end user issues and questions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Diagnose and repair of end users issues (software and hardware)
- Proactive support of our Video Conferencing systems (Google Meets and Zoom) in our conference rooms
- Assist Employees as needed with meetings that require video conferencing.
- Hardware & asset management of endpoints at our Austin location, including setting up RMAs and e-waste.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of systems end-users utilize and proactively recommend improvements
- Work cohesively with a broader global IT team and local facilities teams to support the Austin office.
- Review documented practices and create or update items as needed
