The HT Group has a legal services client in Austin, TX, looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Office & Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and provide senior-level administrative support to partners and associate attorneys. This role requires initiative, professionalism, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.

Responsibilities:
- Manage billing processes through Clio and third-party systems and oversee accounts receivable collections
- Handle payroll processing and coordinate with external CPA and CFO for bookkeeping matters
- Supervise office management tasks, including supply ordering, cleanliness, and equipment functionality
- Oversee employee onboarding, benefits administration, and training on firm systems
- Organize calendars, meetings, conferences, and travel for partners
- Prepare, edit, and manage professional documents, reports, correspondence, and other materials
- Develop and enforce business systems, processes, and documentation
- Coordinate firm events, meetings, and celebrations
- Liaise with third-party providers to maintain financial systems, IT services, and office technologies
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in legal management or related business operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Office 365) and QuickBooks
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects with exceptional attention to detail
Desired:
- Familiarity with Clio or other legal practice management software
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, JD or MBA a plus
