The HT Group is hiring for a Senior Electronics Engineer to lead the design, integration, and testing of hardware solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with firmware and software teams, resolve product issues, and drive improvements in manufacturability, cost, and performance.

Responsibilities:
- Design and integrate hardware solutions with firmware and software teams.
- Resolve product issues and propose solutions to enhance performance and reduce costs.
- Ensure products meet compliance standards (e.g., UL, TUV, FCC) and conduct testing throughout the lifecycle.
- Collaborate with mechanical and firmware teams for seamless product development.
Requirements:
- Expertise in electrical design, schematic capture, and PCB design (e.g., Altium, Orcad, Mentor Graphics).
- Experience with circuit simulation, analog design, and electrical noise analysis.
- Strong testing and compliance experience.
- Basic bare-metal C programming; Python scripting is a plus.
- 5-10+ years of experience in high-reliability or industrial applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, or a related field.
