The HT Group is currently seeking a Construction Project Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a variety of construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. The right candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for construction and project management with a team-first mentality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the construction process for multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time and meet deadlines.
- Take ownership of project budgets, forecasting, and profitability to ensure financial objectives are met.
- Act as the primary point of contact for contractors, designers, customers, and internal departments (engineering, manufacturing, sales) to coordinate project requirements, costs, staffing, and timelines.
- Maintain project status reports and ensure that project execution aligns with agreed-upon specifications.
- Keep thorough documentation of all project activities, including communications, change orders, and updates.
- Review and manage key project documents such as bills of materials, test reports, timesheets, and field personnel expenses.
- Track and resolve any warranty or rework issues related to the assigned projects.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication, prompt responses, and meeting project timelines and expectations.
- Conduct project reviews and contribute to process improvement initiatives for future projects.
- Occasionally travel to different sites to support project needs and stay connected with field teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4-7 years of experience in construction project management.
- Proven ability to lead small to medium-sized projects and manage business initiatives.
- Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously and managing all associated documentation.
- PMP Certification & LEED Certification preferred
