The HT Group is partnering with a prestigious law firm in Dallas to find a District Administrative Assistant! This role supports the Office Manager and Legal Assistants in daily office operations, client meetings, and firm events.
Dallas TX (onsite) | $55-60k | Direct Hire
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and update Board meeting agendas for review, ensuring deadline compliance
- Post agendas with the appropriate County and Districts
- Revise meeting minutes and distribute meeting packets via email and mail
- Coordinate posting certificates with consultants and counties
- Track pending projects and documents
- Schedule and arrange meetings
- Manage office supply and food/beverage inventory; maintain common areas
- Coordinate conference room setup for meetings, including supplies and catering
- Handle vendor orders, returns, and invoice communications
- Submit and track building maintenance requests
- Assist with office organization, storage, and workstation transitions
- Validate parking and assist guests as needed
- Post and update office communications and flyers
- Occasionally run local errands for office needs
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of professional work experience
- Administrative or similar work experience preferred
- Client facing communication experience preferredĀ
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Extremely attentive to detail and organized
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Able to life 50lbs
