The HT Group is currently working with a client that is in need of a Employee Relations Manager. The ideal candidate brings a solid foundation in human resources and a genuine passion for supporting a diverse and dynamic workforce. This role requires a highly organized and adaptable individual who can effectively address the needs of both Immigration–visa-sponsored and full-time employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure full compliance with immigration regulations, maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation.
- Oversee bi-weekly payroll processing, including both direct deposits and printed checks.
- Lead the onboarding process for new hires, including benefits enrollment and orientation sessions.
- Cultivate a strong, inclusive team culture across regional offices.
- Maintain accurate personnel records while ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local labor laws.
