HT Staffing is one of five finalists in the ‘Customer Service’ category for small businesses with 50 or fewer employees.
Finalists were selected by a panel of judges based on numerous criteria including: Implementation of customer service policies and standards, procedures for measuring and evaluating customer feedback and complaints, and the evaluation of current and future customer needs and marketplace potential. This year, the business community submitted 386 nominations for the Business Awards—the highest number of submissions ever.
