The HT Group is hiring a Part-Time Admin for a client in Buna. This is a contract position with a flexible schedule of Monday to Friday 11am-4pm, with potential adjustments based on needs. Pay is $15-$16DOE.
Requirements/Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and forward inquiries
- Greet customers and visitors
- Manage incoming mail and packages
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization
- Assist with occasional debris pickup from the parking lot (if necessary)
- Previous clerical experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
