The HT Group is hiring a Part-Time Admin for a client in Buna. This is a contract position with a flexible schedule of Monday to Friday 11am-4pm, with potential adjustments based on needs. Pay is $15-$16DOE.

Requirements/Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls, take messages, and forward inquiries
  • Greet customers and visitors
  • Manage incoming mail and packages
  • Maintain office cleanliness and organization
  • Assist with occasional debris pickup from the parking lot (if necessary)
  • Previous clerical experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and stay organized
  • Friendly and professional demeanor
