The HT Group is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant for a financial technology company in Austin, TX.

Contract Assignment:  February 2025 – December 2025 ( 25 hours a week )

Pay Rate: $20/hr

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule Catering Requests (breakfast, lunch, snacks) 
  • Catering services, picking up orders, set out food/clean up
  • Transportation Requests (airport, hotel, office)
  • Submit expense reports for transportation & catering
  • Secure Dinner Reservations
  • Table Tent printing & management
  • Manage Stadium Requests (tours and games) with Stadium team
  • Update Briefing Source post-event to have accurate details for reporting (agendas, attendees, etc.)
  • Room Set Up and breakdown
  • Calendar updates for catering, transportation and meetings from
  • EBC calendar

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Must be onsite for event days (2-4 days a week for 4-6 hours)
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Software requirements: Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Briefing Source a plus, Salesforce
