The HT Group is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant – Contract Management. This role will be responsible for the input and updates of key contract attributes in a contract management system. This role focuses on accurately maintaining contract data to support the legal and procurement teams therefore being detail-oriented and organized are paramount.
Location: Remote or Charlotte, North Carolina
Contract: 4 week contract, Immediate start
Key Responsibilities:
- Input and update key contract details and attributes in the company’s contract management system.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of data entry in compliance with company standards.
- Review and validate contract data to identify and correct discrepancies.
- Coordinate with the legal team to verify and clarify contract details as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy in handling contract data and identifying discrepancies.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage high volumes of data entry and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Communication Skills: Clear and concise communication with legal and other internal teams.
- Basic Legal Knowledge: Familiarity with contract terminology and key legal concepts (preferred).
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with contract management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
