The HT Group is in search of an EHS Administrative Coordinator for our client in Orange, Texas. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of administrative experience, one who takes initiative, is dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a contract position estimated to last 12 months.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and manage the scheduling of safety training sessions
- Utilize Power BI to analyze safety data, and generate reports
- Regularly update and modify training slides, handouts, and safety manuals
- Assist the safety team with administrative tasks such as filing, document preparation, and responding to safety-related inquiries
- Compiling a weekly report for the department, ensuring all data is accurate
- Collect reports and data charts from departments – Collate and distribute the reports prior to meetings
- Book and maintain workspace for meetings – Capturing actions and decision from meetings
- Serve as the single point of contact for workspace issues
- Administrative support and oversight of Teams and SharePoint – provide orientation to new team members
- Admin support for visitors – coordinate site access, badging, parking passes, orientations, etc – direct/escort to correct location on site
- Focal point for administrative / business correspondence (Timesheets, etc.)
- Order work lunches and arrange travel arrangements
- Monitor and direct incoming mail; prepare outgoing mail for pickup
- Manage inventory of office supplies; purchase supplies and equipment when needed
- Demonstrate the company values of safety, respect, integrity, and drive to excellence – Ensure all Administrative resources are living the values
Requirements:
- 5+ years of administrative support experience
- Proficient in MS Office Programs – testing required
- Must be proactive and able to work in a fast-paced working environment
- Must be detail oriented
- Strong organizational/communicational skills
