The HT Group is looking for an Administrative Specialist located in Beaumont. This is a temp to hire position. Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. Pay is $18hr.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as initial point of contact; for all contact and communications within the business
- Communicate with personnel for receiving/allocating calls
- Receive, verify, and file documents
- Typing/Data Entry: quotes, packing lists, BOM, parts lists, spec sheets, etc
- Order office supplies
- Receive and distribute mail
- Maintain “Kudo Board” birthdays, new hire anniversaries, etc
- Put together pamphlets and booklets for personnel
- Assist with special projects and or tasks as required by management
Requirements:
- Prior administrative experience required
- QuickBooks experience
- Must be Professional and Respectful
- Must be reliable and dependable, show up everyday, on time – someone looking for a long-term opportunity
