The HT Group is looking for an Administrative Specialist located in Beaumont. This is a temp to hire position. Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. Pay is $18hr. 

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as initial point of contact; for all contact and communications within the business
  • Communicate with personnel for receiving/allocating calls
  • Receive, verify, and file documents
  • Typing/Data Entry: quotes, packing lists, BOM, parts lists, spec sheets, etc 
  • Order office supplies
  • Receive and distribute mail
  • Maintain “Kudo Board” birthdays, new hire anniversaries, etc 
  • Put together pamphlets and booklets for personnel
  • Assist with special projects and or tasks as required by management

Requirements:

  • Prior administrative experience required
  • QuickBooks experience
  • Must be Professional and Respectful
  • Must be reliable and dependable, show up everyday, on time – someone looking for a long-term opportunity
