The HT Group, in collaboration with a prominent client in Nashville, Tennessee, seeks a seasoned AP Specialist within the fitness industry. This role requires strong accounts payable experience with a proven track record of success. This is a direct hire position and pay is $50-$55k.
- Maintain and reconcile AP subledger and general ledger
- Oversee all accounts payable functions, including invoice processing, payments, and vendor communications
- Multi-location invoicing
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Support audits and financial reporting as needed
- Handle year-end duties, including issuing 1099s
- Additional task as assigned by management
- 2+ years of AP experience
- Advanced/Highly proficient using Excel
- Experience working with multi-site facilities – Must have
- Experience using QuickBooks Online – Must have
- Experience using Bill.com – Must have
- Experience using Sage – A plus
