They will help with integrating their different platforms, operational processes, improve their report program metrics, manage customer journeys.
Tableau – used for data analytics and visualizations
SharePoint and Salesforce – these tools are implemented but team does not fully utilize them and they would like to start.
This is an opportunity for someone to come in and give direction on these tools and lead the initiative. They will work with the data office and IT Application group. Their contacts will be Project Managers, first level managers/Leads.
This person is responsible for reviewing and evaluating current business systems and user needs, formulating systems to parallel overall business strategies, developing business processes, identifying new applications of technology to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
This person will deliver a report with detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify software applications. The report will also outline current business processes and proposed business processes and reporting capabilities. This person will coordinate implementation of technology solutions.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS (Required)
Minimum (Required):Years Skills/Experience
4 Manages projects that require a level of technical proficiency as well as coordination and administrative responsibility
4 Experience with data migration and automation between Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms
4 Skill in industry standard business process mapping and reengineering
4 Experience with CRM Platforms like Salesforce, Constant Contact, SharePoint
4 Experience in data quality assurance and report building
4 Experience as a data analyst analyzing raw data using Excel, Tableau, etc.
Preferred (Optional): Years Skills/Experience
2 Project management experience with PMP certification
3 Experience in financial analysis of solution options
