Our client is looking for a Business Analyst and you will be responsible for detailed product lifecycle planning, chairing meetings, running agile sprints, and closely collaborating with business-line end-users. They will ensure that we continue to improve upon our existing operational apps layer products while introducing new solutions utility-wide.
WORKER SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS (Required)
Minimum (Required):
8+ years of experience with the following:
- Technical Communication – Experience planning, scheduling and facilitating engaging meetings, activities and brainstorms with stakeholders. Experience communicating requirements to IT personnel. Experience providing guidance and support to end users during and after implementation
- Writing and Documentation – Experience documenting stakeholder requirements and creating user guides for stakeholders, documenting systems and processes, and creating guidelines and standard operating procedures.
- Continuous Improvement – Experience identifying and addressing gaps or issues in existing processes and systems, testing and validating solutions, providing organizational change management support
- Leadership– Experience leading technical teams to design and implement solutions and liaising between business constituents and IT leadership, experience working with blended teams to include business unit stakeholders, IT technical teams, vendors and contractors
- Data Analysis – Experience building and generating reports, monitoring and analyzing data to assess system performance and identify areas for improvement analyzing processes and procedures for efficiency gains
Preferred:
- 2 years of experience with Agile project management techniques
- 1 year of Design Thinking – Experience planning and leading design thinking exercises
- 1 year of Lean Six Sigma – Experience utilizing Lean Six Sigma for process improvement
