The HT Group has a construction services client near Buda, TX looking for a Construction Administrative Assistant who is detail-oriented and organized to manage a variety of administrative and logistical tasks.
This is a direct-hire hourly position with benefits and opportunity to earn on overtime.
$20/hr + OT
Monday-Friday: 8AM-5PM on site
Daily responsibilities will include but may not limited to:
- Administrative support
- Update project status in company software
- Request and receive product information from vendors for client review
- Create and maintain project specific submittal logs
- Manage punch out lists as needed
- Verify material pricing for Commercial Team
- Assist in purchase order processing as-needed
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in construction or office administration
- Permitting experience (preferred but not required)
- Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
