The HT Group has a manufacturing client in Austin, TX looking for an Customer & Sales Support Specialist who is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and results-driven to handle inbound sales inquiries, coordinate with operations, and provide exceptional service across multiple brands.

Contract-to-Hire
$25-$30/hr DOE
Fully In Office in Austin, TX
Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins, including preparing quotes, sending invoices, and following up with customers.
- Respond promptly to overnight emails, including quotes, inquiries, and orders.
- Obtain and coordinate freight quotes and bookings as required.
- Process credit card payments and reconcile bank payments.
- Create dispatch documents and coordinate with depot managers on stock levels.
- Review outstanding orders weekly and process credits or stock adjustments as needed.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in an inbound sales role
- 2+ years of customer service or sales support expierence
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
Desired:
- Familiarity with NAV or similar systems
- Experience in freight coordination or logistics
- Resilience and ability to adapt to changing priorities
