The HT Group has a manufacturing client in Austin, TX looking for an Outbound Customer Service Representative who is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and results-driven to generate leads, set appointments, and drive sales through outbound cold calling.

This is a fully in-office role in Austin, TX (78702), working roughly 30 hours a week.


Monday-Thursday: 7.5-hour workdays


Contract 

$22/hr

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound cold calls to a list of potential customers to generate leads, set appointments, or drive sales.
  • Introduce the company’s products or services and effectively communicate their value proposition to prospective clients.
  • Qualify leads and gather relevant information to ensure a smooth sales handoff to appropriate departments.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Provide feedback on customer objections and industry trends to help refine marketing and sales strategies.
  • Ensure a professional and positive customer experience during all interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in outbound cold calling, telemarketing, or sales (preferred).
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to handle rejection and stay persistent in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).
