The HT Group has a manufacturing client in Austin, TX looking for an Outbound Customer Service Representative who is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and results-driven to generate leads, set appointments, and drive sales through outbound cold calling.
This is a fully in-office role in Austin, TX (78702), working roughly 30 hours a week.
Monday-Thursday: 7.5-hour workdays
Contract
$22/hr
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound cold calls to a list of potential customers to generate leads, set appointments, or drive sales.
- Introduce the company’s products or services and effectively communicate their value proposition to prospective clients.
- Qualify leads and gather relevant information to ensure a smooth sales handoff to appropriate departments.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Provide feedback on customer objections and industry trends to help refine marketing and sales strategies.
- Ensure a professional and positive customer experience during all interactions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in outbound cold calling, telemarketing, or sales (preferred).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to handle rejection and stay persistent in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).
