The HT Group is seeking a Temporary CSR for a client in Beaumont. Must be available to start ASAP. Assisting with a time sensitive project over the next 1-3 months. Schedule is Mon – Fri 9am-5pm but possibility of working later to around 6pm, and may need to work Saturday’s as needed (flexible on what the candidates can or can not do). Pay is $16hr.
Strictly calling clients daily to help retrieve information, documentation and scheduling appointments as needed.
Responsibilities/Requirements:
- Customer relations and customer support
- Calling clients daily to retrieve additional information for file documentation
- Heavy data entry
- Schedule appointments
- Must have great phone etiquette and communicational skills
- Must have prior experience in customer service
- Must be able to work outside of normal business hours – after hours and Saturdays as needed
- Must be able to pass background and drug screen
