The HT Group is currently seeking a Fleet Manager for a client within a rapidly growing operations team. The ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude, a strong work ethic, and the ability to actively engage and support the team.
Hybrid – Austin or Dallas
Job Responsibilities:
- 3-5 years of experience in large fleet management or administration, with multi-state coverage
- Experience in HVAC, construction, mechanical services, or the utilities industry is preferred
- Proven experience managing diverse fleet needs
- Track record of optimizing fleet usage and building strong relationships with field managers
- Proficient in the MS 365 suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Personable and approachable, able to develop relationships easily and enjoy meeting new people
- Critical and creative thinker, eager to solve problems and develop innovative solutions
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy
- Trustworthy and transparent in all interactions, reliable and dependable in fulfilling commitments
- Energetic, able to work with a sense of urgency and high speed
