The HT Group is partnering with an organization in the transportation industry to find an HR Manager! This person will oversee crucial HR functions such as recruiting/hiring, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation. **Prior experience working in construction, building services, manufacturing, transportation, or similar industry preferred**
Direct Hire | $80-90k + bonus | East Austin (Onsite)
Responsibilities:
- Handle hiring process from start to finish including
- Oversee onboarding process and new hire orientation
- Develop, coach, and train employees to support growth
- Handle employee reviews and performance management
- Act as the go-to person for any employee questions/concerns
- Manage and partake in company culture and morale activities
- Assist with attendance tracking and timekeeping
- Administer HR policies to reflect the company’s values, missions, and goals
Requirements:
- 5+ years of human resources experience
- Construction, manufacturing, transportation or similar industry experience highly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred
- Prior ADP experience preferred
- Ability to build relationships with all levels of an organization
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
