About the Role
As an Inbound Sales/Customer service Consultant, you’ll handle inbound enquiries via phone, email, and in person, representing our successful hardware brand. You’ll be working with a tight-knit team of motivated individuals who are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service while growing our client base.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to inbound enquiries and deliver top-tier customer service.
• Prepare quotes, send product information, and issue invoices.
• Arrange freight quotes, bookings, and create dispatch documents.
• Process credit card payments and reconcile bank transactions.
• Coordinate with depot managers and the operations team on orders and stock levels.
• Raise credits and manage stock adjustments when needed.
• Use NAV, BCI, and Microsoft Office Suite to manage tasks efficiently.
About You: We’re looking for someone with experience in a sales/customer service role, a keen eye for detail, and strong commercial awareness. If you’ve worked in hardware, construction, or infrastructure, that’s a bonus! Most importantly, we want someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, is adaptable, takes initiative, and loves solving problems.
