The HT Group is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Insurance Specialist to join our client in Beaumont, Texas. This role involves providing exceptional service to clients by managing policy changes, sending documents, quoting, and assisting with insurance shopping. This is a contract-to-hire role with a Monday to Friday work schedule.
Requirements:
- Process policy changes, updates, and cancellations for clients
- Prepare, review, and send necessary insurance documents
- Generate accurate and competitive insurance quotes for home, auto, commercial, flood, life, etc
- Assist clients in comparing various insurance options and coverage levels
- Provide clear, professional communication with clients via phone, email, or in-person
- Monitor upcoming policy renewals and proactively reach out to clients to ensure they have the necessary coverage in place
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by responding promptly to requests
Responsibilities:
- Previous administrative experience
- Previous experience in the insurance industry – preferred
- Insurance license – preferred (license must be obtained after starting the position if the candidate does not already have one)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
