Required Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in technology trend analysis and evaluating training program effectiveness.
- 8+ years of experience planning and leading in-person and virtual training events, including managing logistics such as scheduling, enrollment, and materials distribution.
- 8+ years of experience in technical and end-user writing, including creating runbooks, newsletters, governance documents, and knowledge base content under tight deadlines.
- 8+ years of experience in video creation and editing using tools like Adobe Captivate to produce engaging training content.
- 8+ years of administrative or power-user experience with Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Power Platform.
Preferred Skills:
- 1+ year of experience with artificial intelligence, including administrative or power-user experience with Microsoft Copilot or similar AI-driven tools, prompt engineering, and understanding security risks associated with large language models.
- 2+ years of experience using live collaboration tools like Microsoft Whiteboard or Miro to facilitate online training and events.
