The HT Group is partnering with one of the fastest-growing brands in the outdoor industry in Austin TX looking for an Order Processing Coordinator who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service with excellent attention to detail and communications skills to assist with placing, tracking, and reporting orders.
Contract- 6 month minimum
$20-$25/hr DOE
Hybrid Schedule: In Office Monday – Thursday in Austin TX (78735)
Responsibilities:
- Respond to internal inquiries regarding order statuses and expedite requests
- Execute fulfillment duties, such as shipping notification creation, data entry, and document retrieval
- Respond to internal inquiries regarding RMA status, resolve issues, and ensure timely order processing.
- Handle 40-50 queue tickets daily, addressing RMA-related tasks and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Perform data entry tasks related to returns and order fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Support the development of documented processes for RMA activities and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Work closely with Sales, Supply Chain, and IT teams to resolve return and fulfillment-related issues.
- Ensure all returns processing complies with company standards and strives for a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent, bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proven experience in data entry, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail
- 2+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or customer service
- Strong computer skills especially with Microsoft Suite
- Previous experience using SAP or a similar ERP highly preferred
