The HT Group is partnering with one of the fastest-growing brands in the outdoor industry in Austin TX looking for an Order Processing Representative who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service with excellent attention to detail and communications skills to assist with placing, tracking, and reporting orders.

Contract to the end of December, with the possibility of conversion for the right candidate! 


$20-$25/hr DOE


Hybrid Schedule: In office Tuesday – Thursday 9AM-5PM


Responsibilities:

  • Assist with placing, tracking, tracing, and reporting for all orders
  • Work with the sales, supply chain, e-commerce, and IT teams to deliver excellent customer service
  • Ensure shipping standards are met or exceeded
  • Improve the efficiency of the order fulfillment process
  • Respond to internal inquiries regarding order statuses and expedite requests
  • Execute fulfillment duties, such as shipping notification creation, data entry, and document retrieval

 
Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or customer service
  • Strong computer skills especially with Microsoft Suite
  • Previous experience using SAP or a similar ERP highly preferred
