The HT Group has a renewable energy client in Austin, TX, looking for a part-time Contract Talent Acquisition Partner who is resourceful, proactive, and passionate about recruiting to support their growing team. This role will focus on full life-cycle recruiting for high-volume technician roles, collaborating with site managers, sourcing top talent, and driving process improvements while ensuring compliance throughout the hiring process.

Contract: 3 month minimum
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a high-volume recruiting environment (minimum 2 years)
- Expertise in proactive sourcing techniques and talent pipeline development
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (SuccessFactors preferred) and MS Office
Desired:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent applicable experience
- Familiarity with US employment law, EEOC, and OFCCP practices
- Experience with diversity-focused recruiting initiatives
