The HT Group is seeking a PBH Administrator for a client in Lake Charles, Louisiana. Ideal candidates will possess strong expertise in purchasing/procurement, be proficient in MS Office (especially Excel), and effectively manage multiple tasks with keen attention to detail. This contract-to-hire role is scheduled Monday through Friday, 7am-4pm, with an hourly rate of $18.50-$21.50, based on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor PBH component forecasts and initiate advanced planning orders
- Manage parts procurement and inventory to ensure parts are on-site 30 days before scheduled need
- Utilize system to track material requests, generate purchase orders, and update vendor information
- Coordinate the return and exchange of parts, ensuring timely shipments and proper documentation
- Update vendor correspondence, shipping details, and ETAs
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports on part status and address any delays
- Ensure PBH cores routed to return are processed and shipped in a 48 hours
- Collaborate with maintenance and supply management teams to ensure smooth operations
- Execute PBH and customer support agreements for domestic and international needs
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Knowledge of procurement, logistics, cost structures, and negotiation
- Experience in maintenance or inventory planning
- Must be proficient in MS Office – testing required in Outlook and Excel
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, multitask effectively, and maintain a strong attention to detail
- Sub-contracts execution experience
- Preferred familiarity with ERP and purchasing software
