WORK DESCRIPTION:

  • Responsible for the planning, coordination, requirements gathering, business analysis,
  • specifications development, project planning, project monitoring, and project status reporting
  • and system implementation of moderate to complex business solutions as it pertains to existing
  • renewable energy programs and renewable energy programs currently under development.

WORKER SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum:

  • Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a degree in Business or Management, Engineering, computer science, computer information systems, or management information systems.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI: 4-7 years of experience.
  • Demonstrated experience implementing IT/OT enterprise application projects 4-7 of experience.
  • Experience in project procurement / RFP development / bid evaluation: 4-7 years of experience.
  • Demonstrated application of project management techniques, WBS (work breakdown structure) development, and coordination of people and resources: 4-7 years of experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint, SharePoint, andVisio, WebEx: 4-7 years of experience.
  • Proficient in change management methodologies: 4-7 years of experience.
  • Proficient in presenting to multiple levels within an organization: 4-7 years of experience.
    Preferred: 
  • Experience leading projects related to photovoltaics: 3 years of experience.
  • Experience in developing and managing remote teams: 3 years of experience.
  • Experience with utility business practices and relevant business needs: 3 years of experience.
  • Experience with working with a government entity: 3 years of experience.
