Senior IT/OT Project Manager
Location: Austin, TX | Hybrid Work Environment
Are you an experienced Project Manager with a track record of successfully delivering large-scale IT/OT system integration projects? Do you excel at managing cross-functional teams, driving technology initiatives, and ensuring project alignment with strategic business goals? If so, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and manage complex IT/OT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
  • Develop project scope, cost estimates, resource plans, work schedules, and risk assessments.
  • Define and document business requirements, workflows, and change management strategies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to drive alignment and accountability.
  • Facilitate status meetings, presentations, and executive reporting to ensure transparency and stakeholder engagement.
  • Own the end-to-end project lifecycle, including systems integration, business process improvements, and technology upgrades.
  • Assist in developing project roadmaps to support long-term modernization goals.

What You Bring

  • 4-7 years of experience managing large-scale IT/OT enterprise application projects.
  • Strong background in systems integration and technology implementation.
  • Expertise in project management methodologies, resource coordination, and risk assessment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Visio, and WebEx.
  • Experience in change management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels of an organization.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience leading projects related to utility design, AutoCAD, distribution and transmission design, wildfire risk, or construction.
  • Familiarity with utility business processes and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience managing remote teams and government projects.
  • Knowledge of software/firmware release management.
  • PMP certification (or ability to obtain within six months of hire).
