The HT Group is partnering with an industry leading EPC company in Taylor TX to find a Project Scheduler! This person will be responsible for scheduling, progress monitoring, and project control.
Location: Taylor TX
Compensation: $75-110k
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, update, and manage project schedules (Baseline, Updated, Revised, As-Built).
- Track progress, update schedule data, and analyze project performance.
- Coordinate meetings with clients, internal teams, and subcontractors.
- Review and submit weekly/monthly progress reports.
- Conduct schedule analysis, risk management, and delay assessments.
- Support extension of time claims and create catch-up schedules.
- Ensure construction sequence alignment and adherence to project timelines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or certification in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of scheduling experience in large-scale construction projects.
- Strong understanding of construction processes (PERT/CPM/EVMS/DCMA14).
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Office (Excel, Power BI preferred).
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
- Certifications and/or experience in high-tech/semiconductor or industrial projects.
- Experience with EPC projects.
- Korean language proficiency is a plus.
- Advanced skills in Primavera P6, Acumen FUSE, and Power BI.
- Willingness to work overtime or weekends as needed.
