The HT Group is seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Representative for a client in Beaumont. This is a temporary role, expected to last until January 3rd. The position offers a schedule of 24 hours per week, with an hourly rate of $16. This could possibly grow into a full-time position, but this is not guaranteed.
Job Responsibilities:
- Primary duties of filling gift card orders for gift card promo for the holidays
- Could potentially handle additional customer service duties such as; account set up, handling phones and emails, respond to inquiries, etc
Job Qualifications:
- A high school diploma/GED required
- General knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Google docs preferred
- Must have great customer service, excellent organizational skills, eager to work, maintain standards, have the potential to grow and advance within company
- Clean background and pass drug test
