The HT Group is seeking a Receptionist for a client located in Beaumont, Texas. This is a contract to hire position with a schedule of Monday – Friday 8am-5pm. Pay is $18hr.
Responsibilities:
- Screening and directing phone calls to appropriate departments
- Greeting and assisting visitors with professionalism
- Performing data entry to maintain accurate records
- Managing and processing purchase orders
- Organizing and scanning files
- Providing dispatch relief as needed
- Assisting with additional office duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Prior experience in an administrative/office position
- Must be technology-savvy with a solid understanding of computers
- Proficient in Data Entry – testing required in order to be submitted
- Strong MS Excel experience is required – testing required in order to be submitted
- Must be able to pass a drug/alcohol screen and background check
