The HT Group is partnering with a prestigious law firm in downtown Austin to find a Records Administrator/Office Assistant. This person will play a vital role in managing and maintaining the firm’s records to include the review, analysis, and categorization of documents for electronic filing. *This role provides room for professional growth based on performance*
 
Downtown Austin (On-site) | $40-45k | Direct Hire
 
Responsibilities:

  • Organize and prepare client documents for digital archiving
  • Conduct review and analysis of client documents, assigning appropriate digital codes for electronic filing
  • Ensure all client records are accurately categorized and stored in the digital system
  • Support day-to-day office operations and special projects as assigned

 
Requirements:

  • Prior administrative or records management experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat
  • Strong attention to detail, especially under tight deadlines
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on accuracy and professionalism
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
