Responsibilities:
- Organize and prepare client documents for digital archiving
- Conduct review and analysis of client documents, assigning appropriate digital codes for electronic filing
- Ensure all client records are accurately categorized and stored in the digital system
- Support day-to-day office operations and special projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Prior administrative or records management experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat
- Strong attention to detail, especially under tight deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on accuracy and professionalism
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
