The HT Group is hiring a Regional Sales Manager for an Industrial Distributor (petrochemical, refinery, aviation, military, agricultural, construction, industrial manufacturing, aerospace, welding fabrication, and marine markets) client in Southeast Texas. Ideal candidates should be based in Baytown, Deer Park, Beaumont, Orange, Sulphur, or Lake Charles. Responsibilities:
- Manage, lead and develop the sales team
- Collaborate with senior leadership to set sales goals aligned with company objectives
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and grow core product lines
- Manage key accounts and support market initiatives
- Hold team meetings and provide performance assessments to management
- Forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue
- Develop training and coaching program for sales, products, account management, reports, and expenses
- Create strategies to grow market share across all products
- Set budgets and plans for promotions, trade shows, and marketing events
Requirements:
- Must have prior experience leading, coaching and managing a sales team
- 10+ years of industrial sales experience
- Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing
- Travel required (Houston, Beaumont, Louisiana)
- Excel, CRM, Microsoft 365
