The HT Group is partnering with an exciting market research management firm to find a driven and organized Reserach Project Manager! In this role, you will work alongside Project Directors to assist with all internal project management needs. The ideal candidate has exceptional written communication, attention to detail, and multi-tasking abilities. Background in research project management preferred. Strong MS Excel skills are a must.

Comp: $50-75k DOE
Direct Hire
Responsibilities:
- Assist Project Directors on all internal project management needs
- Facilitate both Qualitative and Quantitative market research projects for clients
- Create data organization and management systems
- Communicate and coordinate with vendors on a global scale
- Utilize Excel/GoogleSheets to generate and track recruitment updates, quotas/tallies, and data
- Create and manage logistics schedules, recruitment scripts, and login emails via Google docs
- Compile facility set up needs and profile updates
- Manage email correspondence with appropriate personnel to ensure smooth project facilitation
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree preferred
- Experience in a similar project management/coordination role preferred
- Background in research coordination preferred
- Experience working with vendors preferred
- Must have strong Excel skills (assessment required upon hire)
- Excellent written communication skills (emailing large part of role)
- Extremely organized and attentive to detail
- Ability to multitask (managing 5+ projects simultaneously)
