The HT Group is partnering with a premier manufacturer and distributor of industrial energy products to find an experienced Sales Manager. As Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the sales team and driving revenue growth within the oilfield services industry. Must have industrial sales experience selling into oilfield services.
Base salary up to $120-150k + bonus/commission
Location: Houston TX
Responsibilities:
- Individual production and team management 75% production and 25% team Management
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives
- Identify and prioritize target markets and customer segments
- Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing sales team
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to the sales team
- Set clear performance goals and track key metrics
- Motivate and inspire the sales team to achieve targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in sales leadership role, leading high performing sales teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- Must have experience in sales and business development within the Oilfield services industry
- EPC or I&E industry experience highly preferred
- Experience building relationships with direct customers and channel partners
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful sales strategies
