The HT Group, in collaboration with a prominent client in Nashville, Tennessee, is seeking a seasoned Sr Accountant within the fitness industry. This role requires strong attention to detail with a proven track record of success in accounting.

Responsibilities:
- Perform and manage all journal entries
- Conduct balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements
- Prepare GAAP financial statements
- Conduct detailed financial analysis to support decision-making
- Oversee treasury and banking functions
- Maintain and update the general ledger
- Generate and present financial reports
- Collaborate with teams to streamline accounting procedures and ensure compliance
- Additional task as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of experience performing month-end close and preparing GAAP-compliant financial analysis
- Experience working with multi-site facilities to coordinate accounting activities across locations
- Systems implementation – a plus
- Advanced/Highly proficient using Excel
- Experienced using QuickBooks
