The HT Group has partnered with a growing, PE-backed, SW Houston-based industrial services entity in the search for a qualified Sr. FP&A Manager for an immediate need. The role will sit onsite 4 days/week with 1 remote day.
Reporting to the CFO, the Sr. FP&A Manager will partner with corporate leadership and private equity partners to develop and consolidate the operating budget, monthly forecasts, monthly results analysis, as well as long-term strategic planning of the company.
The ideal candidate will have experience implementing new tools for forecasting and planning processes, develop productivity and ad hoc analysis supporting division and corporate leadership.
The candidate will lead process and drive increased efficiency, enhanced business support, and development of team members for future career growth.

- 7+ years of financial and leadership experience in a complex finance environment of a public or PE-backed company.
- High degree of sense of urgency, organization, with great attention to detail.
- Ability to develop and deploy complex Excel financial models.
- Previous PowerBI, Tableau or related visualization software experience needed.
- Strong PowerPoint skills, with the ability and desire to manage presentations.
- Ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment and frame the future range of outcomes on complex financial scenarios.
- BBA in Finance or Accounting required
- MBA a plus
- Previous experience in a private equity portfolio company highly preferred.
