- Systems: VMware – running on top of Dell hardware (Dell Server, Dell Storage) Windows environment.
- They have servers on prem as well. About 200 Window Servers.
- Users: 600.
- Ticketing System: Cherwell.
Projects:
- VMware: The client wants to upgrade all of their environment to the latest VMware version.
- 60% of this person’s time is for project and strategizing.
- The client wants this person to add value to what they have now. Also, knowledge transfer. Someone who is a great documenter and can propose the best way to document.
