The HT Group is partnering with a security client in North Austin, TX to find a Talent Acquisition Coordinator who is detail-oriented, organized, and proactive to support the Talent Acquisition Team by coordinating interviews, managing candidate processes, and enhancing the overall candidate experience.

This is a minimum 6-month contract with the potential to transition into a permanent position.

This is a hybrid role, requiring candidates to be in office 3 days a week. 

$30/hr 


Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates and hiring teams
  • Post job advertisements on the company website and external job boards
  • Manage the ATS to track candidates’ interview statuses and ensure accurate records
  • Prepare offer letters, conduct pre-onboarding tasks, and manage background checks for new hires
  • Maintain and update process documentation, training materials, and recruitment templates
  • Generate reports and metrics to track recruitment activity and identify improvement areas

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment coordination, or HR administration
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for candidate management
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize effectively
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices and familiarity with employment laws

Desired:

  • Familiarity with the HR system, SAP SuccessFactor
  • Experience supporting multiple locations in a high-volume, customer-focused environment
