The HT Group is partnering with a security client in North Austin, TX to find a Talent Acquisition Coordinator who is detail-oriented, organized, and proactive to support the Talent Acquisition Team by coordinating interviews, managing candidate processes, and enhancing the overall candidate experience.
This is a minimum 6-month contract with the potential to transition into a permanent position.
This is a hybrid role, requiring candidates to be in office 3 days a week.
$30/hr
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates and hiring teams
- Post job advertisements on the company website and external job boards
- Manage the ATS to track candidates’ interview statuses and ensure accurate records
- Prepare offer letters, conduct pre-onboarding tasks, and manage background checks for new hires
- Maintain and update process documentation, training materials, and recruitment templates
- Generate reports and metrics to track recruitment activity and identify improvement areas
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment coordination, or HR administration
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for candidate management
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize effectively
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and familiarity with employment laws
Desired:
- Familiarity with the HR system, SAP SuccessFactor
- Experience supporting multiple locations in a high-volume, customer-focused environment
