The HT Group has a client that is need of a Interim People and & Cultural Lead. This is a 4-6 month contract with a hybrid schedule.
- At least 8+ years of experience in HR, People & Culture, or a comparable leadership position
- Proven experience in managing and mentoring team members, offering strategic direction and operational support
- In-depth knowledge of regional payroll and labor compliance (AMER region) or the ability to quickly grasp and navigate complex compliance issues
- Demonstrated success in collaborating across functions with business partners, HR teams, and Centers of Excellence (COEs)
- Strong problem-solving capabilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to handle competing priorities efficiently
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
