The HT Group has a leading healthcare client in Central Austin looking for a Temporary Recruiter who is dynamic, proactive, and experienced to manage the recruitment of healthcare professionals for a high-volume staffing environment.
3-month contract role
$30-$35/hr depending on experience
Fully In Office- 78704
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a full-cycle recruiter, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Ability to manage a high volume of requisitions (20+)
- Strong sourcing and interviewing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
Desired:
- Previous experience with healthcare recruiting
- Ability to work independently and multitask effectively
- Experience in fast-paced recruitment environments
