As the VP of Sales & Marketing for an automotive aftermarket manufacturer, you will lead sales growth and customer engagement initiatives, fostering strong relationships while driving revenue and brand expansion. You will oversee B2B and B2C sales and marketing strategies, develop high-performing teams, and optimize operations to achieve exceptional results in the aftermarket automotive industry.

Oxnard CA (hybrid) | $160-220k + bonus | Direct hire 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, coach, and mentor a team of sales representatives and customer service professionals 
  • Create and implement sales processes and goals to support scalable growth and operational efficiency
  • Oversee various sales channels, identifying new revenue streams 
  • Oversee customer interactions across all channels, ensuring outstanding service delivery
  • Recruit, train, and motivate a top-performing sales and customer service team
  • Oversee website marketing initiatives, including digital campaigns, e-commerce, and online branding
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and expand market share
  • Monitor KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of sales and marketing efforts

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of sales leadership experience
  • Experience in automotive aftermarket industry (soft good preferred) 
  • Experience managing ecommerece initiatives 
  • Experience managing various sales channels (direct, ecomm, distribution)
  • Expertise in B2B and B2C strategies and customer engagement
  • Strong team-building and performance management skills
  • Passion for serving automotive enthusiasts and exceeding customer expectations
