The HT Group is partnering with an automotive aftermarket manufacturer to find a VP of Sales & Marketing. This person will play a crucial role in leading sales growth and customer engagement initiatives while driving revenue and brand expansion. You will oversee B2B and B2C sales and marketing strategies, develop high-performing teams, and optimize operations to achieve exceptional results in the aftermarket automotive industry.
Locatoin: Open to Burbank or Oxnard CA (Hybrid)
Comp: $180-220k + bonus

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, coach, and mentor a team of customer service/sales and marketing professionals
- Create and implement sales processes and goals to support scalable growth and operational efficiency
- Manage various sales channels (DTC/Ecommerce, distribution, retail), identifying new revenue streams
- Oversee customer interactions across all channels, ensuring outstanding service delivery
- Recruit, train, and motivate a top-performing sales and customer service team
- Launch and oversee an outbound calling campaign to drive new business
- Oversee marketing initiatives, including digital campaigns, e-commerce, online branding, and ad-spend optimization
- Monitor KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of sales and marketing efforts
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of sales and marketing leadership experience
- Must have experience in automotive aftermarket industry (soft good preferred)
- Experience directing e-commerece initiatives
- Experience managing various sales channels (direct, ecomm, distribution)
- Expertise in B2B and B2C strategies and customer engagement
- Strong team-building and performance management skills
- Passion for serving automotive enthusiasts and exceeding customer expectations
