Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workday Analyst/Scheduling Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building, maintaining, and upgrading Workday scheduling systems from the ground up. This role requires a strong technical background and expertise in environments with 100+ retail or restaurant locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Workday scheduling solutions tailored to the needs of a large-scale retail or restaurant organization.
  • Maintain and upgrade existing scheduling systems to ensure seamless operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address scheduling requirements and challenges.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to optimize scheduling workflows and system performance.
  • Analyze data and generate reports to support business decisions.


Ideal Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience with Workday scheduling, including building, maintaining, and upgrading systems.
  • Strong technical background with expertise in scheduling systems.
  • Background in retail or restaurant environments, with experience supporting 100+ locations.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex scheduling issues effectively.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.


Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Experience with Kronos is a significant plus.
  • Familiarity with additional workforce management tools is advantageous.

  • This role will be 100% remote on CST hours.
